A bus stop to town center next to the building. It is 350 m to another bus line stop.
Several restaurants in close vicinity, including „menu del día”, 450 m to an Aldi shop. Other shops, restaurants and bars at a distance of 750 m.
Apart from sunbathing (see below) there is a possibility of walking or riding a rented bike to many interesting places.
